Pre-order before June 2

Receive your Jumpsuit in time for Summer.

When you've placed your pre-order, you will get updates along the way about the status of your pre-order. We ship from our showroom in Amsterdam. When we ship your order our aim is to ensure that you receive your order as fast as possible, while ensuring that it is safely and securely packed for its transportation. 

  • Once your (credit) card is authorised, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will give you updates about your pre-order via email.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
  • Tedja is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Pick up

When you place your pre-order you can also check the pick-up box (fyi: the box says 'it usually takes up to 5 days to pick up, but that's not correct. We have to make your jumpsuit first before you can pick it up). Once your pre-order is finished you will receive a notification. You can then pick it up in our showroom in Amsterdam (Prinsengracht 175HS, 1015 DS, Amsterdam). 

Rates for Shipping and Handling

Free Shipping

Worldwide free shipping on orders of €330+. 

For the Netherlands

€6.95 for shipping within the Netherlands.

Once your pre-order is finished. We will ship your Jumpsuit order. You will receive a tracking code that allows you to follow your parcel until arrival.

For countries within the EU

€15.00 for shipping within the EU.

Once your pre-order is finished. We will ship your Jumpsuit order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to follow your parcel until arrival. Expected shipment time within Europe is 2 - 5 working days, depending on country & postal code.

Shipping does not include possible import duties and/or VAT charges incurred upon importing the online order to your country.

For international shipping outside the EU

€15.95 for shipping to the UK.
€25.00 for shipping to all other non-EU destinations.

Shipping costs do not include possible import duties and/or VAT charges incurred upon importing the online order to your country. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.

Returns

Q: Can I return my pre-order item(s) and how? 

A: You can return your pre-order item within 2 weeks (with tags still attached and not worn). If you simply would like to return your item(s), you can send it straight back to our postal address:

Please note when returning your item:

  • write on the receipt or a piece of paper what you want to do with your order (for example: return it, exchange it for a different size, other)
  • once we've received your item, we will process your return (refund your amount) within 5 working days. 
  • If you want a different size, we will then make another size for you. Please email us at hola@tedja-shop.com.

If your item is damaged, faulty or you have a specific question regarding your return or exchange, please send us an e-mail to hola@tedja-shop.com. 


Refund Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your Tedja online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.

  • You must email hola@tedja-shop.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Return items must be received by Tedja within 14 days of notifying and all return shipping costs are incurred at the expense of the customer.
  • All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact. 
  • Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 5 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/credits are processed.
  • We do not refund return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
  • We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
  • We are unable to refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the EU.
